STC Sound Transmission Report
STC-35 Rating — ASTM E90-90
Independent lab-tested sound transmission class rating. WEAL/NVLAP certified testing demonstrates significant noise reduction for highway, commercial, and residential applications.
Fire Resistance — Non-Combustible Construction
4-Hour Fire Rating per ASTM E119
Precast concrete is inherently non-combustible and achieves a 4-hour fire resistance rating per ASTM E119. Critical for California WUI (Wildland-Urban Interface) zones and CBC Chapter 7A compliance.
