Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request — Delete My Data.” Do not send a password, Social Security number, or unrequested identity document.

1. Quick-start deletion request

To help us locate the correct records, include:

  • your full name;
  • the email address and phone number used in the form, ad, or communication;
  • the project city or address, if relevant;
  • the approximate date and channel, such as fenceinstallers.com, Facebook, or Instagram; and
  • a clear statement that you want eligible personal information deleted.

We will use the information only to locate records, verify the request, communicate status, and document compliance. If you want access or correction instead, state that in the same message.

2. Website, estimate, and communication records

The email process above applies to estimate requests, contact forms, project inquiries, call or text records maintained by our team, advertising attribution records tied to you, and related contact or deal records in HubSpot.

If you have an active estimate, contract, warranty, payment issue, dispute, or construction project, tell us whether you want only marketing and preliminary inquiry records deleted or are requesting deletion of the full relationship record. Some project records may need to be kept for contractual, accounting, licensing, warranty, safety, insurance, or legal reasons.

3. Facebook and Instagram lead data

If you submitted a Fence Installers lead form on Facebook or Instagram, the most reliable route is to email us using Section 1. Include the name, email, phone number, and approximate submission date used on Meta so we can locate the Meta lead identifier, HubSpot record, and any associated enrichment result.

You may also review apps connected to your Facebook account: open Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites. If “CFI CAPI” or a Fence Installers integration appears, open it and use the available removal or data-deletion request control. Meta’s interface and wording may change. Removing an app from Meta does not always delete a separate inquiry already delivered to a business, so contact us as well if you want our copies deleted.

Meta’s official developer guidance for user-data deletion is available at Meta Data Deletion Request Callback documentation .

4. Verification and response timing

We verify requests in a manner proportionate to the sensitivity of the record and risk of unauthorized deletion. Verification may include matching two or more details already in our records or asking you to confirm through a contact channel previously provided. We will not ask for more information than reasonably necessary. If stronger verification is required, we will explain why and provide a safer submission method.

We aim to acknowledge a verifiable request within 10 business days and complete it within 45 calendar days. Applicable law may require a different schedule or permit an extension. If we need more time, cannot locate a record, or must retain some information, we will explain the status and basis where required.

5. What deletion ordinarily covers

When a verified request is approved and no exception applies, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify eligible records from:

  • the Fence Installers website lead database and operational inquiry records;
  • HubSpot contact, lead, and deal records associated with the request;
  • structured Gemini-assisted lead-enrichment output linked to the Meta lead;
  • active files or communications retained only for the inquiry; and
  • service providers we direct to process deletion on our behalf, where appropriate and technically available.

Deletion from backups may occur on a delayed cycle. Backup data is isolated from ordinary use and retained only for recovery, security, or legal needs until overwritten under the applicable backup schedule.

6. Information we may retain

We may deny or limit deletion where permitted or required by law, including to complete a transaction or service you requested; administer a contract, warranty, or payment; maintain licensing, tax, accounting, insurance, safety, or construction records; detect security incidents or fraud; debug systems; exercise free-speech or other legal rights; comply with legal process; establish or defend claims; or retain a minimal suppression record needed to honor an opt-out or document the request.

If information cannot be deleted because of an exception, we will limit its use to the permitted purpose and explain the decision when required.

7. Request status and contact

We will respond through the verified contact channel with acknowledgment, any verification steps, and a completion or status notice. Keep our response for your records. If you believe the request was mishandled, reply with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject and explain the issue; we will review the decision and provide any regulator contact information required by applicable law.
