Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information handled through fenceinstallers.com, related landing pages and forms, estimate requests, advertising lead forms, customer communications, and the systems we use to manage those interactions. “Fence Installers,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fence Installers, a division of American Precast Concrete Inc., at 1143 W 2nd St. Pomona, CA 91766.

This policy does not govern a third party’s independent practices. When you interact directly with Meta, Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, or another platform, that platform’s own terms and privacy notice also apply.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive data through our estimate or advertising forms. We do not request that information for ordinary fence inquiries.

We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, request an estimate, call, text, email, or otherwise communicate with us.

We also receive information automatically from your browser or device and from advertising, analytics, referral, and lead-generation partners. For example, when you submit a Fence Installers lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may provide the submitted fields, Meta lead identifier, Page and form identifiers, creation time, and related campaign context to our systems.

We may combine information from these sources to maintain a consistent inquiry record, avoid duplicates, and understand lead origin.

We use information to:

• respond to requests, schedule consultations, and provide estimates or project information;
• communicate by email, telephone, or text in accordance with your request and applicable law;
• create and maintain contact, lead, and deal records and coordinate internal follow-up;
• verify, normalize, score, categorize, and route incoming Meta lead-ad submissions for human review;
• measure campaign performance and send permitted conversion events to advertising platforms;
• operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve our website, forms, integrations, and business processes;
• detect fraud, abuse, duplicate submissions, and security incidents; and
• comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We may disclose information to service providers that process it for business purposes under our direction, including:

• HubSpot, which we use to maintain contact, lead, and deal records and coordinate follow-up;
• Meta, including Facebook and Instagram, for lead ads, website measurement, advertising attribution, and permitted conversion reporting;
• Google, including Google Analytics and Google Ads for measurement and advertising, and Gemini for the limited AI-assisted lead enrichment described below;
• Microsoft Clarity for website usage and experience analytics where enabled;
• Cloudflare for webhook processing, security, and related application infrastructure; and
• cloud hosting, database, storage, communications, security, professional-advisory, and contractor providers supporting our operations.

We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect people, rights, property, or systems; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets; or with your direction or consent.

Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics and advertising activity may be treated as “sharing,” targeted advertising, or a “sale” under certain state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out, you may exercise it through the request process in Section 9. Our current site may not provide an automated preference center for every browser signal; you may submit a request directly at any time.

Our site and its providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. These technologies support core functions, security, traffic analysis, experience measurement, advertising attribution, and conversion reporting.

The site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and Microsoft Clarity. These providers may receive device and activity information such as IP address, browser attributes, page URL, event time, referrer, click identifiers, and conversion events. Certain contact details sent for advertising matching may be normalized and cryptographically hashed before transmission; hashing reduces exposure but does not make the data anonymous to the receiving platform.

You can use browser controls to block or delete cookies and platform controls to manage advertising preferences. Blocking certain technologies may affect site functionality or measurement. See Google’s, Meta’s, and Microsoft’s privacy and advertising controls for their independent practices.

When a person submits a Fence Installers lead form through Meta, our webhook may send the submitted lead fields to Google Gemini through our application infrastructure. Gemini is instructed to return a structured operational summary that may include normalized project type, estimated linear footage, location, timeline, lead quality status, score, and a short reason. That structured output is written to HubSpot with the underlying contact and deal record.

If Gemini is unavailable or returns invalid output, the workflow uses a conservative fallback status instead of inventing missing facts. You may ask us to correct or delete information associated with this enrichment by following Section 9 or the Data Deletion page.

Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, managing projects and customer relationships, measuring advertising, resolving disputes, maintaining security and audit records, and meeting legal, accounting, tax, or contractual obligations. The period varies by record type, relationship, system, and applicable retention requirement. We may keep limited suppression or request records after deletion when necessary to honor a choice, document compliance, or prevent fraud.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including access controls, encrypted service credentials, authenticated webhook processing, data minimization, and provider security controls. No Internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use care when deciding what to submit online.

Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to us or the processing, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive information about categories collected, used, or disclosed; opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

Describe your request and provide the name, email address, or phone number used in the interaction. We will verify requests proportionately and will not ask for more information than reasonably necessary.

We aim to acknowledge verifiable requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. Applicable law may require a different schedule or permit an extension. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, subject to proof of authorization and identity verification. If we deny a request, we will explain the basis when required and provide any available appeal instructions.

Our services are intended for adults arranging property-related services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

Our site may link to third-party websites or platforms. We do not control their privacy, security, or content, and a link does not mean we endorse every practice of the linked service.

We may update this policy as our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through another reasonable channel when required.
