The homeowner needed a perimeter wall that matched the estate's Mediterranean architecture while providing complete privacy from neighboring properties and the public road. The hillside terrain required engineered footings at varying depths, and the HOA mandated a specific aesthetic standard.
2Our Solution
We installed our RusticBrickâ„¢ panels in a warm terracotta tone with custom-matched Dunn-Edwards integral color. The hand-laid brick texture complements the existing stone facade. Footings were engineered to CBC 2019 seismic standards with depths ranging from 3'6" to 5' based on soil conditions. Custom pilaster caps and a motorized gate were integrated seamlessly.
