Why Property Owners Choose Us for a Concrete Wall

A wall is a permanent decision about your property. These are the four things that decide whether it is a good one.

Your property is a job site for days, not weeks

Walls built on site go up course by course, and the work has to cure before it carries load. Ours arrive finished. Most of the time on your property is footings and setting panels, which is why a run that ties up a crew for weeks is usually a matter of days for us.

Engineered before anything is poured

Panel layout, footing depth and wind load are calculated for your soil, your slope and your city's code before we break ground. You are not depending on the judgment of whoever turns up that morning.

Built in our own plant since 1978

Every panel is cast at our Pomona facility under the same conditions and off the same forms, then delivered to your site. Manufacturer direct, which means no distributor markup and no finger-pointing between a supplier and an installer.

The wall you pictured, in the finish you want

Masonry block, natural stone, stacked stone, brick or wood grain. Seven textures, all at the same installed price, so the look is a decision about your property rather than about your budget.

How Your Wall Gets Built

Four steps, one company, no gaps between trades where a schedule usually slips.

1

We walk the line with you

We measure the run and note the things that change a job: grade, drainage, existing footings, tree roots, equipment access, and where the property line actually sits. Most surprises on a wall project are found here or not at all.

2

We engineer it and pull the permits

Panel and post layout, footing depth, wind and seismic load for your conditions, then the permit application with your city or county. Walls above six feet almost always need a permit in California. That paperwork is ours, not yours.

3

We cast your panels

Your wall is manufactured at our plant while the site work is scheduled, in the texture and height you chose. Nothing is improvised on your driveway.

4

We set it and clean up

Footings, panels, posts, and the site left the way we found it. One crew from first measurement to final walkthrough, with a lifetime structural warranty on the wall.

What It Costs

Most 6-foot residential wall projects budget approximately $175–$225 per linear foot fully installed. Premium finishes, difficult access, slopes, deeper foundations, demolition or specialized engineering can increase that to $250–$350+ per linear foot.

That is the installed price: engineering, permitting assistance, footings, panels, crew and cleanup. Not a materials figure with the labor added later, and not a number that moves once the work starts.

Common Questions

How much does a concrete wall cost per linear foot?

Most 6-foot residential walls budget approximately $175 to $225 per linear foot fully installed. That figure includes engineering, permitting assistance, footings, panels, crew and cleanup — not a materials price with the labor quoted later. Premium finishes, difficult access, slopes, deeper foundations or demolition can raise it to $250 to $350+ per linear foot. A CMU block wall in California generally runs $150 to $300 per linear foot installed, so we sit inside the same range while removing most of the on-site labor that makes a masonry schedule hard to predict.

Do you build block walls?

We build precast concrete walls, which is a different method for the same result: panels cast at our plant and set on engineered footings, rather than block laid and mortared on your property. If your plans specifically call out CMU masonry — a structural block wall for a building, for instance — a masonry contractor is the right call. For a perimeter, privacy or property-line wall, precast is faster, engineered up front, and available in a masonry-look texture if that is the appearance you had in mind.

Can it look like a block wall?

Yes. BlockCrete® is our masonry-look texture and it is the closest match to a finished block wall, without a mortar schedule and without stucco as a separate trade afterwards. If you would rather have stone, brick or wood grain, those are available at the same installed price.

How long does installation take?

A typical residential run is a matter of days. Larger commercial perimeters take longer, and we can phase the work so the site is never fully open — useful when the property has to keep operating. The exact schedule depends on linear footage, height and access, and we give you a date range at the estimate rather than after you sign.

Do I need engineering and a permit?

For most freestanding walls above six feet, yes, and many California jurisdictions want engineered plans for anything at that height. We handle both as part of the project. You do not need to hire a separate engineer or manage the city yourself.

How do I get started?

Tell us the approximate length and height you have in mind and we will come out, walk the line, and give you a written figure. There is no charge and no obligation. If your project turns out to need something we do not build, we will tell you that at the site visit rather than after you have spent money.

Start With a Site Visit

Tell us roughly how long a wall you need and how tall. We will come out, walk the line, and put a written figure in your hands. No charge, no obligation, and a real date range for the work.
