How Our Process Works
1. On-Site Evaluation
The on-site visit will also allow us to go over specific features with you. We’ll agree on the best location for the gate, compare exterior lighting and other security features, and discuss installing additional entryways.
2. Designing Your Wall
This is where we start the creative process. We’ll use the information we gathered during the on-site visit to help you design your precast concrete wall.
3. Molding Your Wall Panels
We’ll build the molds for your precast concrete wall panels. The molds will incorporate your design specifications and meet strict quality standards. Once our quality control inspector approves them, we’ll begin pouring the concrete.
4. Shipping the Panels to Your Property
Once the concrete has fully cured, the panels will be ready for installation. We’ll ship the finished panels to your home, where they’ll wait for our installers to erect them.
5. Installing Your Wall
The final step in the process is to install your precast concrete wall panels. After each panel is removed from the delivery truck, it will be laid out on the ground on the spot where it’s to be erected.
After positioning the panels, we’ll add a concrete cap that hides the openings where the concrete footings were previously installed. The caps complement the wall’s appearance and serve a supportive function!
